Wearing a blue surgical mask and wielding surgical instruments, he is said to break into homes and cut out and eat the kidneys of sleeping people. An origin tale holds that his empty sockets came from hot tar and blood poured into them. The story took its established form in February 2012, written by Azelf5000.
