Eoduksini, a spirit of darkness handed down since the Joseon era, grows larger the more one looks up at it. The more fearfully a person keeps looking, the faster and bigger the darkness swells until it crushes them.
Its structure — proliferating the more it is watched — is an Eastern variation on cosmic horror, where cognition and observation themselves enlarge the catastrophe.
