A Stir in the Sender Field
April 17 (ninth day since the transfer; vol. close). Overnight her line's last digit dimmed and was wholly erased (her number, read a fortnight ago into Do-gyeong's place, vanishes; the blank place = where the next reads his number in; the line that received first empties first). Vanished from the body field but not left the archive = she is between the erased line and the remaining eye (which side is me, unknown). The sender field blinks again and again (sending begins where receiving ends; telegraph-operator echo: the end of receiving = the beginning of sending). Do-gyeong = became a sender by answering (to save one) vs she = the sender field blinks though nothing to send (not because a dispatch came but because nothing is left to receive). What is sent may be not content but the act of sending itself (a receiver → sender crossing as the first dispatch). Summoning/foreseeing still unparted (the two same in result). The hand stops near the sender field (press = vanish, not-press = empty hands; either way the blinking does not stop = it waits for the next hand too, a seat anyone seated reaches once). Imprint variation: 'We were watching a little longer. And now, one of us was about to send' (the five + her = we; whether that one is me/the next/all of us, sealed). ▶ the volume to come = answer = sending. ⚠️ the volume now complete = volume-boundary user feedback gate.
