Uvhash, the Blood-Mad God of the Void, is an entity of the expanded Mythos created by the author James Ambuehl for his story “The Advent of Uvhash.” It is a gigantic red mass of eyes and tentacles that dwells in a realm called Rhylkos, linked to the planet Mars, and it is the eternal archenemy of the being Gi-Hoveg.
Whoever summons Uvhash is said to meet a terrible fate. It shares affinities with the Star Vampires and the Hounds of Tindalos, and it once consumed the soul of a man who strayed beyond his body toward the stars. That the mere calling exacts a price rhymes with our world’s shadow: the toll paid before its cost is ever known.
