Strigoi

스트리고이

The Strigoi are the troubled dead of Romanian folklore, spirits said to have risen from the grave. They can transform into a beast, become invisible, and gain vitality from the blood of their victims.

A person may become a strigoi by being the seventh child of the same sex, by living a sinful life, or by dying unmarried, among other conditions. They are counted among the principal folkloric roots of the European vampire legend, and Bram Stoker's Dracula is held to share these historic links to vampirism.
