Celephais

셀레파이스

Celephais is a dream-city conjured into permanent existence by a dreamer called Kuranes, who returned to the same childhood vision until it became real. The city knows no decay or passage of time.

Although Kuranes dies in the waking world, his dream-self rules Celephais as its king in perpetuity. The story is among the most lyrical of Lovecraft's Dreamlands cycle, exploring escapism and the immortality of imagination.
